Welcome to Mixlexa Organization's Privacy Policy. Mixlexa ("we", "us", "our") is a software engineering studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We develop mobile applications and web solutions including InstaRate, LIT Calling Pro, AVO Flow, and Rovex.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Mixlexa apps, products, services, and this website (mixlexa.org). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. Our core philosophy is: collect only what's necessary, store it locally, and never sell it.

2. Information We Collect

Our apps are designed with a privacy-first, offline-first approach. Here is what each product accesses:

• InstaRate: No personal data collected. Business data (products, quotes) stored locally on device only.
• LIT Calling Pro: Storage access for photo recovery (local processing), optional camera, call logs (stored locally).
• AVO Flow: Business workflow data stored per enterprise configuration. Contact your enterprise admin for specifics.
• Rovex: Platform-specific data per integration configuration. Contact support for specifics.
• Website (mixlexa.org): Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via hosting provider. No tracking cookies.

We do NOT collect: name, email, phone number, location, biometrics, payment information, or any personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it when contacting us on WhatsApp.

3. How We Use Information

Any information accessed by our apps is used solely to provide the app's core functionality:

• Storage access is used to save your app data on your device
• Camera access (where requested) is used to capture photos you choose to add
• Contact information you share with us via WhatsApp is used only to respond to your inquiry
• No data is used for advertising, profiling, or marketing

4. Data Storage & Security

All app data generated by our applications is stored exclusively on your local device. We employ multiple layers of security:

• AES-256 Encryption: Sensitive data within our apps is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption
• Offline-First Architecture: Apps function without internet connection. Data never travels to external servers
• Android Sandboxing: Each app operates in its own sandboxed environment, preventing other apps from accessing its data
• No Cloud Storage: We do not operate any cloud servers that store user data from our apps

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics platforms (like Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics in intrusive forms), social media tracking pixels, or any other third-party service that would receive your personal data without explicit consent.

The only third-party dependency is Google Play Services (required for all Android apps published on Google Play), which operates under Google's Privacy Policy. When you download our apps from Google Play, Google processes your download as per their policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. This is an unconditional commitment. Your data is yours.

The only circumstances under which we might share information are: (a) if legally required by Pakistani law or court order, or (b) to protect the safety or rights of our users or the public, to the minimum extent necessary.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps and services are designed for business professionals and general users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has used our apps and provided personal information, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will take appropriate action.

8. Cookies & Website Tracking

The Mixlexa website (mixlexa.org) uses minimal cookies necessary for basic website functionality only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking technology. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel on our website.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: All app data is stored on your device and you can view it at any time within the app
• Correction: You can edit or update any data within the app at any time
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all associated local data. You can also clear data within the app.
• Portability: You can export your data (quotes, rate lists) as PDF or share them from within the apps
• Opt-out: Simply stop using the app and uninstall it. No account cancellation needed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g., via a notice in the app or on our website). Continued use of our apps and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
