1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (mixlexa.org) or downloading and using any Mixlexa application — including InstaRate, LIT Calling Pro, AVO Flow, or Rovex — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Mixlexa Organization provides:

• InstaRate: A free universal installment and qist management application for Android
• LIT Calling Pro: A data recovery, encrypted vault, and calling utility application for Android
• AVO Flow: An enterprise workflow automation platform
• Rovex: A mobile and SaaS platform integration solution
• Website (mixlexa.org): Informational website and product showcase
• Custom Development Services: On-demand custom app and web development for clients

3. Permitted Use

You may use Mixlexa's apps and services for:

• Personal and business use within the intended scope of each application
• Internal business operations and management
• Generating documents, reports, and quotes for your own customers
• Any other lawful purpose consistent with these Terms

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Mixlexa's products or services to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Mixlexa application
• Distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any Mixlexa application without written permission
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Mixlexa system or infrastructure
• Create derivative works based on Mixlexa's products without written consent
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of any Mixlexa app or website

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Mixlexa's apps, website, code, designs, logos, brand assets, and documentation are owned exclusively by Mixlexa Organization. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

The names "Mixlexa", "InstaRate", "LIT Calling Pro", "AVO Flow", and "Rovex" are trademarks of Mixlexa Organization. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

6. User Content

Any content you create within Mixlexa apps (product catalogs, quotes, rate lists, etc.) remains your sole property. You grant Mixlexa no rights to your content. We do not access, view, or use your content in any way. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Mixlexa apps and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations
• Warranties of uninterrupted, error-free operation
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the apps are free from viruses

Financial calculations provided by InstaRate and other apps are tools to assist your business. Always verify calculations independently before using them in official contracts or legal documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mixlexa Organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or business information
• Business interruption or stoppage
• Any other commercial or financial loss

Since our apps are provided free of charge, Mixlexa's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed PKR 1,000 or the equivalent in your local currency.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mixlexa Organization, its founders, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps or services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and apps may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Play Store or WhatsApp). These are provided for your convenience only. Mixlexa has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Changes to Terms

Mixlexa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of our apps and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using any Mixlexa app at any time by uninstalling it. Mixlexa reserves the right to discontinue any app or service at any time, with or without notice. Termination of your use does not affect any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mixlexa's services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
