1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InstaRate (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Mixlexa Organization ("Mixlexa", "we", "us", or "our").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mixlexa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to download and use InstaRate solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the App.

InstaRate is provided free of charge. This license to use the App is free and does not require any payment, subscription, or registration.

3. Permitted Use

You may use InstaRate for the following purposes:

• Managing installment (qist) product catalogs for your own business
• Calculating EMI and installment plans for customers
• Generating and sharing professional quotation documents
• Importing PDF rate lists from manufacturers or distributors
• Managing staff members and dealers for your own business
• Any other lawful business management activity

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use InstaRate for any of the following:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the App
• Creating derivative works based on the App without written permission from Mixlexa
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially licensing the App to third parties
• Using the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive business activities
• Creating fake or misleading installment quotes to defraud customers
• Modifying, tampering with, or interfering with the App's functionality
• Using the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

5. Intellectual Property

InstaRate and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to the source code, design, user interface, graphics, logos, and branding — are and remain the exclusive property of Mixlexa Organization. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Mixlexa.

The InstaRate name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Mixlexa Organization. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

6. Your Data & Ownership

All data you enter into InstaRate — including your product catalogs, rate lists, customer information, staff details, and generated quotes — belongs entirely to you. Mixlexa has no access to, ownership of, or claim over any data you create within the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control and ownership at all times.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstaRate is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mixlexa makes no warranty that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected
• The App's calculations are suitable for legal, financial, or contractual purposes without independent verification

You use InstaRate at your own risk and are responsible for verifying any financial calculations before using them in official business transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mixlexa Organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InstaRate, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if Mixlexa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Mixlexa's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since InstaRate is free, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mixlexa Organization and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of InstaRate in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Updates & Modifications

Mixlexa may update, modify, or improve InstaRate from time to time. Updates are provided to improve functionality, fix bugs, add features, or ensure compatibility with newer Android versions. We recommend keeping the app updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the update date at the top of this document.

11. Termination

You may stop using InstaRate at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will permanently remove all your business data from the App's storage.

Mixlexa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue InstaRate at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
