InstaRate is designed to work 100% offline. The app does not require an account, login, or any personal information to function. Below is a complete list of what the app accesses:
InstaRate does NOT access: contacts, location, microphone, call logs, SMS, internet (for core features), or any other sensitive permissions.
All business data you enter into InstaRate — your product catalog, brand rate lists, customer names, staff details, installment calculations, and generated quotes — is stored exclusively on your device in the app's local database.
We operate a zero cloud storage policy for user business data. There is no server, no cloud backup, and no synchronization with any external system. Your business data belongs to you, and only you.
InstaRate requires no account registration, no email address, no phone number, and no personal identification to use. You simply install the app and start building your installment business database immediately. This means we have absolutely no way to identify or track individual users.
InstaRate's core features — rate list management, EMI calculation, quote generation, PDF import — all work completely offline without any internet connection. The app may use internet only for:
At no point does InstaRate send any of your business data, product information, or customer details to our servers or any third party.
When you generate a PDF quote and share it via WhatsApp or email, that PDF is created locally on your device and shared directly through your chosen communication app. Mixlexa does not receive, store, or have access to any PDF you create or share.
InstaRate does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services (that send data externally), social login systems, or any other service that would transfer your data to a third party. The only third-party dependency is Google Play Services (standard for all Android apps), which operates under Google's own privacy policy.
InstaRate is a business management tool designed for use by shop owners, business professionals, and staff. It is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data retention:
Your business data in InstaRate is protected by Android's built-in application sandboxing, which prevents other apps from accessing InstaRate's data without your permission. We recommend using a screen lock on your device for additional security.
Since InstaRate collects no personal data and all data is stored on your device, you have full ownership and control of all your data at all times. You can view, edit, export, or delete any information in the app whenever you choose.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make significant changes, we will update the version number and date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of InstaRate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
